Saying "I Do": A Queer Thompson Island Wedding in Boston
There’s nothing like having your own island for your wedding day! The day began right on the harbor at the Marriott Long Wharf, where the wedding party prepared for the festivities ahead in their separate suites.
The first look took place in Christopher Columbus Park, with the Boston Harborwalk on one side, and the city on the other. The fog lent an ethereal quality to the scene, shrouding the skyline in mist and adding a sense of mystery and romance to the day.
From there, we made our way to Thompson Island for rest of the day. We started with portraits of the wedding party. Their fall wedding was perfectly matched by the orange and deep mraoons in their color palette. I love the matching leather jackets for the wedding party!
An absolute standout feature of the wedding was the custom limoncello, joint, and cigar bar, a thoughtful touch that added a touch of sophistication and flair to the festivities. Guests enjoyed indulging in their favorite smokes during the bonfire while mingling and celebrating the newlyweds' union.
