Local Engagement Stories: from Somerville to Cambridge with Brenden + Peter
Just look at these cuties! Brenden and Peter opted to keep it local for their engagement session, which we oh-so-love. We adventured around their Union Square neighborhood, stopping at Bow Market and the cool little area by Backbar which are two of my favorite spots!
Our next stop was Prospect Hill Park where we ran around like the silly kids at heart we are, and explored the Tower all whilst marveling at the skyline views. This was probably my favorite part of the session because we laughed so much.
We then headed to the pair’s apartment for a quick outfit change and some stoop photos before heading out to our last location - the Cambridge Canalwalk! This is a hidden gem, in my opinion. It’s right by a number of yummy restaurants, a few blocks from the Kendall Square MBTA Stop, and boasts stunning views of Boston beyond the Charles River. We got there right as the sun began to set, peak golden hour, and it was a truly magical way to end their session.
I loved that we got to romp around our own stomping grounds in celebration of these two fellow plant dads and Somerville residents. We’re so excited to share pictures from their Olio wedding next!
