A Couples Session + Graduation Shoot at Harvard Business School
You already know I love making a graduation session a family affair! I was delighted when Noo and Tom contacted me about doing their graduation photos together. The two met and fell in love on campus, so it was such a special session for us!
Graduation is a significant milestone in one's life and often marks the end of a long and challenging period of study. Sharing this moment with a partner who’s been with you for every step of that journey can make it all the more special, in my opinion! In this case, it really did. Not long after our session together, these two got engaged!
One of the reasons that I love group grad sessions is that we get a little peek into the bond that has developed between two people or a group of friends over the course of their time at school. This can allow us to take creative, playful photos that capture your personality and really celebrate the spirit of the occasion Noo and Tom reminisced as we walked, reflecting on shared experiences they had created together and pointing out their favorite spots for us to stop at.
The Harvard Business School campus is surrounded by lush green spaces, gorgeous brickwork, covered walkways and wrought iron details and is within walking distance of Harvard Square, making it convenient and fun for graduation sessions. We made sure to end our session at the John Weeks Bridge with Harvard’s main campus in the background. Check the drama we got in these shots, and how cute their parents are!!
