From the burnt orange / black / emerald green color palette to the chess board cake masterfully designed by That Cake Witch to have a checkered interior, to the miniature chess piece place cards - everything was so well thought out by wedding planners M.E. Forever Events. EVEN THE CAKE STAND WAS A CHESS BOARD.

And can we talk about their wedding aisle? I can’t even handle how insanely creative this was! Keep scrolling to see an aisle flanked with stacks old suitcases and newspapers topped with florals, surrounded by more flowers and a mix-match of ivory and forest green candlesticks in gold votives scattered across the floor. Talk about romantic, this was just beyond!

The flower arrangements by Sweet Talk Floral were pure genius - boasting a beautiful array of yellow blooms, with pops of pink and ivory, nestled amongst a mix of greenery. We’re always so excited to work with them, and you can see why when you look at how they flowered the entire day. Every piece - from the bouquet, to the centerpieces, to the life size chess board - was stunning!
